Refund Policy

Krishna Watch Company has the following refund policies(for online orders only):

• To initiate cancellation of any product purchased from www.krishnawatch.com, the customer can submit a request for order cancellation by contacting us at info@krishnawatch.com giving details of the orders (Order Confirmation Number and Order Reference).
• An order can only be cancelled or exchanged before 12hours of placing an order. In case of a cancellation request, upon receiving the request, www.krishnawatch.com will refund the entire amount of the purchase within 2 business days to the same account from which the payment was originally received. In case of an exchange, any extra difference in the price of the product is to be paid by the customer.
• If a cancellation request is initiated after the product has been shipped by www.krishnawatch.com, then the customer will have to contact our support team to follow the process under the exchange and refund policy, where all the terms and conditions therein will be applicable.
• If the delivered watch is having any kind of manufacturing defect then customer can complain at info@krishnawatch.com or call us at +91 98975 44088 within 24hrs of delivery. Krishna Watch Company won't be responsible for any issue after mentioned time limit.
• No Refund or Exchange can be done after 24hrs of delivery (watches having any manufacturing defect).
• Any legal issues are subject to Meerut jurisdiction.
