1. All products displayed on the official Krishna Watch Company are of genuine quality.

2. Payments made by customers to sales staff via online transaction in not valid, has to be paid in Krishna watch company account only. Details of which are mentioned on website.

3. The amount paid is non-refundable and can only be used only in purchasing the watch you selected.

4. If the wristwatch paid for is not working because of a default defect from the manufacturer, Krishna Watch Company shall arrange to get you a new wristwatch of the same model within 60 days. If that cannot be arranged by Krishna Watch Company, an equivalent or higher model will be bought, as long as the amount paid covers the actual amount of the model and for earlier.
